Personal TAP / Neverhold with Business Account includes 3 business cards. A 4+ org account is the next Business Account: the same features, plus 4 or more cards, the TAPBiz app, and the TAPsoft app. It also includes the right to purchase the WhatsApp API and the Meta API. Those add-ons cost extra.

On TAPBiz, a seat = a TAP card for your org. Each seat can be a unique employee card, a general card for the business itself, or any other card you want — even under a completely different business name. Name your business and design your cards however you like, so long as it is not against the law, our acceptable use policy, or our terms of service.

• TAPBiz and TAPsoft — both apps are included with a 4+ org account. TAPBiz is the business mobile client. TAPsoft is org control for roster, push rules, CRM segments, scoreboard, and offboarding.
• WhatsApp API and Meta API — a 4+ org account can purchase these integrations. They are not included in the seat price.
• Aether Link — $49.99/yr add-on for TAPBiz and TAPsoft customers. Opens the Exchange seat for that login. It is not included in the seat price.
• Kiosk — TAP pads / towers / displays for your locations.
• What you get: contacts and cards join the company workspace; seats (TAP cards), teammates, and push options are managed in the client portal.
• Publish rules still protect identity and offers. Your org can tighten them, or relax them on paid plans where allowed.
