Account deletion

Delete Your Neverhold Account and Data

If you wish to permanently delete your Neverhold account and the associated data we hold about you, follow the steps below. Neverhold is the developer and publisher of the Neverhold app shown on the Google Play store.

Policy summary:

  • Verified accounts (email and/or phone confirmed): OTP verification is required before deletion begins. A 30-day grace period follows. We send reminder emails with a cancel link. If an admin has not erased the account by hand, it is automatically deleted 1 day after the grace period ends.
  • Unverified accounts (neither email nor phone confirmed): deletion is immediate and permanent after you confirm — there is no grace period and no cancel window.

Anonymized transaction data retained 7 years for tax compliance. Backups overwritten within 90 days.

Mexico (LFPD): Account deletion implements your right of "Cancellation" (Cancelación) under the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares.

Request deletion from this page

Enter the email, phone number, and username (full name) on your Neverhold account. Choose how to receive a verification code, then submit your deletion request.

Other ways to request deletion

1
From the app: Open Neverhold or TAP → Profile / Settings → Delete my account. Verified accounts require an OTP, then a 30-day grace period. Unverified accounts show a warning and are deleted immediately and permanently.
2
Confirmation: Verified deletions are processed automatically 1 day after the grace period if not cancelled and not erased earlier by an admin. Unverified deletions complete immediately after confirmation.

Backups and logs: Deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before being overwritten. We do not use backed-up data for any purpose other than disaster recovery.
