What Neverhold already shipped

Neverhold began as a full dialer (default phone app, VoIP bridges, call screening / hold monitoring). The current closed-testing line is the Æther-first Neverhold product on the same package (com.neverhold.dialer: TAP contact cards, TAP exchange, and Emergency ID — with the heavy dialer / hold-monitoring surface demoted from marketing while the shared Neverhold account remains. Through 2.1.0 that Neverhold line already included the cellular-only call shell work from the 2.0.x line, Flutter 3.44 stability upgrades (2.0.11), and the Æther + TAP product focus for Play closed testing.

What’s new since 2.1.0 / 2.0.11

Tappable legal links: Terms of Service and Privacy Policy on sign-up (wizard terms card, signup, auth) open neverhold.co pages instead of plain labels.
Data safety accuracy: Location permission disclosure corrected for BLE / Nearby on Android 12 and below (Play Data safety alignment).
Compliance polish: In-app legal links and documentation ready for Play Console review of the current Neverhold upload.

Flutter 3.44.x / Dart 3.12.x engine and dependency refresh from 2.0.11.

Incoming notification: Stock-dialer CallStyle Answer / Decline on locked and unlocked screens.
Decline = reject: Decline no longer routes to voicemail on unlocked devices.
In-call UI: No black screen on notification tap; screen auto-closes when the call ends.
