TAP Business Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 7, 2026
These terms and conditions apply to the TAP Business (TAPBiz) app (com.neverhold.tapbiz) and the organization portal at neverhold.co/tapbiz. Consumer TAP has separate Terms. Using TAPBiz means you also agree to the TAP Business Privacy Policy.
1. The product
TAPBiz lets an organization issue professional contact cards, share them nearby (TAP Share and, where enabled, Broadcast Share), and run a business inbox. Owners and admins use the portal for roster, templates, teams, kiosks, and the CRM the company declares. TAPBiz is not a phone dialer, not a default SMS app, not a medical device, and not the consumer TAP Medical ID product. TAPBiz does not replace your CRM with a second deal, task, or opportunity pipeline.
2. Account
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher) and authorized by your organization to use a seat. Owners and admins are responsible for invites, roles, and workplace compliance. You are responsible for your credentials. The same email may also sign in to Neverhold or consumer TAP. A TAPBiz seat and its organization data belong to the organization plan, not to a consumer store entitlement.
3. TAP Share
Short-range TAP Share requires participating devices nearby with the feature started. Broadcast Share may reach a wider radius when your organization or a kiosk program enables it. You choose what you send. Do not spoof another person's identity or share organization data you are not allowed to send.
Card photos on Android use the system Photo Picker or camera. TAPBiz does not require access to your entire photo library.
4. Portal, CRM, and kiosks
The owner declares the organization's CRM in the portal before any import. An admin maps a list, view, team, filter, or CSV onto seats or teams, then confirms the pull. Field phones and kiosks receive that assigned segment only. They do not hold CRM tokens. Captures can be written back to the declared CRM. You must have the rights to any data you import or write back. CRM credentials stay in the portal connection, not in the mobile app.
5. Seats and billing
Organization plans are purchased on neverhold.co through Stripe or PayPal. Public checkout covers Demo, Small, Medium, and Enterprise up to 100 seats. A larger contracted seat count is set by Neverhold and is not reset by a later public renewal. Seat limits apply to the organization. Manage the subscription with the processor and the admin portal. For a billing dispute, contact [email protected].
6. Acceptable use
Do not use TAPBiz to harass, spam, phish, spoof identities, or watch people without authority. Do not reverse-engineer or disrupt the service except as the law allows. Do not use TAPBiz to send emergency medical alerts or to impersonate emergency services. Follow your organization's policies and applicable privacy and employment laws. The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms where it applies to business use.
7. Disclaimer
TAPBiz is provided "as is." Nearby radios, networks, kiosks, and third-party CRMs or payment processors can fail. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for failed exchanges, missed captures, CRM sync errors, or business decisions made from inbox data.
8. Privacy and data access
Your use of TAPBiz is also governed by the TAP Business Privacy Policy. You may request a free copy of on-device personal information via Request my data in About (PDF and/or JSON). Frequency of new regenerations may be limited as allowed by CCPA/CPRA § 1798.130(b) (not more than twice in 12 months); re-sharing a prior local package is unlimited. Organization directory records may require your admin.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
